• For quality related warranty claims, Bubble Cleaner refunds the shipping costs.

30 DAYS FREE REFUND Policy

As mentioned, postage / shipping is your responsibility and is not included in the refund process. Only the cost of the item is refundable. • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
• It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
• For defective items that Bubble Cleaner needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Bubble Cleaner or if the defective item is not returned.
